Blast Protection for Structures

Since the 1990's, Cintec has developed and tested structural anchors specifically to reinforce existing masonry walls in order to mitigate against blast attacks. Currently part of the USACE Commercial off the Shelf Program (COTS) and a registered contractor with the Defence Logistics Agency. The Blastec range of masonry anchors is capable of reinforcing a variety of masonry wall types in either plain or fenestrated panels.
